Calamin has a terrible role in the Winter Court that involves sacrificing Witches. Will his dream of being free of the role cause more harm than good? And will his growing feelings for the Witch who is set to destroy everything he knows be enough to save him in the end? At each turn the contestants must question who they are and what they believe in, making for an exciting and problematic turn of events.

The Living Day follows Maël, a melancholy assassin sent to a magical university, where he must come to terms with who he is and the full extent of his power. Maël is a reluctant serial killer who says he hates murder, but deep down he knows that he’s good at it.
It is a story about a brooding anti-hero set in a world of magic.
